The coincidence shows the stability in the found ideal standard hybridizations.
The stability can be expected even in an inter-laboratory manner.
However, care should be taken to the tissue effect;
the standard found by using a specific tissue will be valid for the tissue.
In other words, a root standard will increase the number of leaf's windows cancelled by mistakes.
