The computation of the folding index of the random RNA molecule

We have culculated the free energy of the RNA molecule with random sequence.The base ratios giving rise t most stable are localized around two area (A=U=0,5, G=C=0; A=U=O G= C= 0.5) Two potential surface cross together at around the point A=U=G=C=0.25. At this point, we generated random sequences and found that they can be classified into some groups.
