Instructions for Poster Presenters

Size
Your poster number and the place are shown on our web page.The size of the poster board is 90 cm width by 210 cm height (see the description on the right). Poster number is shown at the top-left corner. It is 20 cm square. You do not move nor remove the number plate.
Your poster should be fit in the board. The maximum size of your poster is 90 cm width by 190 cm height. Recommended poster size is A0 (84.1 cm wide by 118.9 cm long) but you can put up small papers side by side.
Set up
Put up your poster as soon as you arrive on the venue. You must finish set up by the poster session 1, 16:40, Monday, December 15. Thumbtacks (pins) are provided by the organizer.
Presentation
Poster session 1 on the 1st day is for the odd number posters. Odd numbered poster presenters should be in front of their poster and make presentations.
Poster session 2 on the 2nd day is for the even number posters. Even numbered poster presenters should be in front of their poster and make presentations.

Dismantle
Remove your poster until 13:30, Wednesday (3rd day).
