Travel Fellowship
Share and participate
We award a maximum of 2 travel sponsorships at a maximum amount of $500US each, to help defer some costs.
The criteria be:
- traveler is a student.
- quality of the paper (as judged by the reviews).
- level of economic development of the country where the traveler lives.
Schedule of Selection
- Opens on August 25.
- Application deadline is Semptember 22.
- Notification is October 27.
How to apply
Email to giw2014_AT_jsbi.org to let us know the followings;
- Name
- Affiliation
- Country
- Title of the accepted paper
- The name of the society which you belong to (ISCB, JSBi or any other AASBi member society) and your membership number
- Your student ID (scanned PDF or JPEG) should be attached to the email.
Requirement
The travel award recipient be a member of ISCB or AASBi member.
