Dear presenters,

Thank you very much for your contribution to GIW/ISCB-Asia2014.
Here is the instructions for oral presentation.

Please find your session at http://www.jsbi.org/giw2014/program/

Please come to your presentation place
5 minutes before your session and meet your session chair.
Session chairs are listed at the bottom of this page.

Please use your own computer for your presentation.
However, we can provide a Windows computer if your computer had gone.
It may be better to bring a copy of your presentation in a USB memory in PDF format for a spare.

You have 30 minutes slot for one presentation including discussion and change PC.
That means you can talk less than 30 minutes.
Time keeper will notify you at 20, 25, 29 and 30 minutes.

Please understand that one session may be composed of a combination of proceedings, highlights and technical tracks.

We will record all oral presentations on video. But we have not planned to open them, nor how to use them. When we would decide how to use them, we will contact you to settle an agreement about limitations of release. Your video might be closed forever.
If you would like to have us discard your video, please contact us at giw2014@jsbi.org by email.

Feel free to contact the organizes if you have any questions.

We look forward to listening to your presentation.
Hope we would have fruitful discussion.
